Hugh was hired to start 180fusion from its inception. At the time there were literally 3 employees in the company, no real office, no sales desks and no phones. From his experience with Real Search and his marketing background the company wanted to scale up to grow their digital marketing business.
He brought his technology team into the office, that implemented the call center software which was open source, all of the technical needs that would be equipped for the sales team to have everything they needed to grow.
At the start of this call center there was Hugh, one other sales person and 3 appointment setters to book appointments. He developed all scripts, the sales process and the flow of the sale to maximize the time and conversions ratios.
Within 12 months of Hugh starting the company grew from 3 employees to over 100 employees with offices in West LA and Utah for fulfillment.

Hugh introduced fun ambiance including massages for top producers, helicopter rides to Catalina, gift cards to Nobu Malibu, Chateau Marmont, Cash Bonuses and more to incentivize the sales team. In addition, the environment had music playing and an atmosphere that was electric.
It made the list for one of the fastest growing companies on Inc 500 because of the tremendous growth, within the first 17 months of the start the sales team acquired over 3,000 business accounts from 95% of the leads coming from outbound calls. Hugh designed technology along with targeted advertisers on Google
The call center was booking over 2,000 appointments per month over screen sharing along with it making close to 100,000 calls per month. With state of the art technology all was dialed in all through Hugh’s direction and captainship of this business. They were acquiring 130-170 new accounts every 30 days. Hugh utilized his webinar experience at which at a company prior he developed a phone sales department that did over 1,000 webinars himself and generating over 7 figures in revenue and innovating other sales departments
He also came up with branding ideas to grow the reputation of 180fusion, which included the testimonials online, video promotions and even branding webinars with Google to co-brand the company and gain more notoriety.
180fusion was sold a few years later to the Deluxe Corporation. 180fusion was recognized to be in the Top 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2014 & 2015 by Inc. Magazine.
